These Terms govern access to Gem ASMR, including the Playground, Creator tools, Marketplace, accounts, and Gem Coins.

Using the service
By using Gem ASMR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, publish content, or use Marketplace transactions.
Gem ASMR is designed for lawful relaxation, creative play, and community sharing. It is not a medical service, financial product, or guaranteed treatment.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
- Use the service lawfully and respect other users and intellectual property.
- Do not manipulate Coins, purchases, Likes, reviews, rewards, or service limits.
- Do not upload malware, deceptive content, harassment, or prohibited material.
- Do not interfere with security, availability, authentication, or moderation.
Creator content
Creators retain ownership of original content they publish. By publishing a Gem, the Creator grants Gem ASMR the limited permission needed to host, render, preview, moderate, and distribute that listing through the service.
Creators must own or have permission to use every published design, title, description, image, and other submitted element. Content can be hidden or removed when it violates these Terms, community rules, intellectual-property rights, or law.
Accounts, Marketplace, and Gem Coins
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Gem Coins are non-transferable in-service currency with no cash value. They cannot be sold, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for money. Marketplace prices, reward rules, and eligible items may change.
Service availability and changes
Features, prices, policies, supported browsers, and availability may change. We may suspend features or accounts when required for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, moderation, or legal compliance.
Disclaimer
Gem ASMR is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, or a particular relaxation result.
Users are responsible for device volume, listening duration, published content, and decisions made through the service. Stop using the experience if it causes discomfort.
